Have now lost 4 pounds since I began tracking my food!

So I’ve been working with this personal trainer and I am seeing results. But she’s getting married on the weekend. So I’ll be on my own for work outs till September.
I also notice that my mother does running with a group of friends, seems to enjoy it and has gotten really fit out of it.
Personally I’ve always hated running mostly because of my boobs. But I think I’ve reached the point where I have to get over that.
I’m going to try and run for 10 minutes everyday. (baby steps internet baby steps) and see what happens. I also fully intend to use the gym at school and then get an actual gym membership outside of that.
I’m not fat but I’m not thin either. And if my self esteem is going to get any better I have to make some changes
