I promised myself today that I would go to the gym. Tonight I will do yoga. Tomorrow gym. I will stay active….I will change

Went to the gym today. Determined to not gain weight this year. ONLY MUSCLE!

Went to the gym. Felt good. It felt really good. AND I HAS MUSCLES IN MY LEG

Off to the gym. Once my weekends become free again…then the real workout begins.

Here it goes

So I’ve been working with this personal trainer and I am seeing results. But she’s getting married on the weekend. So I’ll be on my own for work outs till September. 

I also notice that my mother does running with a group of friends, seems to enjoy it and has gotten really fit out of it.

Personally I’ve always hated running mostly because of my boobs. But I think I’ve reached the point where I have to get over that.

I’m going to try and run for 10 minutes everyday. (baby steps internet baby steps) and see what happens. I also fully intend to use the gym at school and then get an actual gym membership outside of that.

I’m not fat but I’m not thin either. And if my self esteem is going to get any better I have to make some changes

Looking thinner. In all the wrong places. But it’s a start.

Been hittin up the gym 3 times a week. It’s awesome.

Went to the gym. Worked 8 hours. Went out for drinks with coworkers. Life is awesome.

Went to the gym twice this week! I love my personal trainer and shall workout at home this weekend :)

I went on the cross trainer. I’m gonna try and do that everyday for half an hour.
